Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions and strikes. We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience.

Shipping and Delivery Notification For Shoes (Pre-order)

If you’re eagerly anticipating our shoe collection, we appreciate your patience. As these shoes are available for pre-order, please expect a waiting period of approximately 3 weeks before they’re dispatched from our facilities. We understand the excitement of a new addition to your wardrobe, and we’ll keep you updated via email about the progress of your shoe order.

Impossibility of Delivery

The carrier in question will leave a withdrawal notice to go to the closest service desk of the carrier if the delivery attempt is not possible due To no one being found that can take care of it. If a customer’s order is returned to Christine Prinz due to an unsuccessful delivery due to absence at the address, lack of collection, insufficient/incorrect address, or other causes beyond its control, Christine Prinz is not responsible for reshipment expenses. On a second shipping/delivery try, these reshipping costs will be charged to the consumer.
