Returns and Exchanges

Wondering how to return or exchange your order? No need to fret – our team is here to assist you! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry! You have the option to exchange it for another item of equal or greater value, with free shipping. However, please note that if the value of the new item exceeds the amount you originally paid, you will be required to pay the price difference.

The first step is to send us an email at customercare@christineprinz.com, and we’ll walk you through it from there. For a refund, returns are allowed within 15 days. Please double-check that all original tags are attached, the package is undamaged, and there are no indications of use on any of the components before proceeding.

The sooner you let us know about the return, and as long as the product is in its original condition, you will get a full refund through the same payment method. Also, we have every right to deny exchanges if they are communicated or sent outside of our established time period, or if items are not reduced to their primary state.

We do not accept any exchange or return if the product has been used beyond the simple opening of its packaging. We apologize for the inconvenience of you having to return or exchange your pieces.

Damages and Defects

In the unfortunate case that you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us as soon as possible, so we can work on rectifying the situation! Please include photos of the damage or defect in your email so that we can better assess the problem. We’ll do our best to send you a replacement as soon as possible.
